"Mr. Kaufmann's book is a very entertaining read. What sets it apart for me, though, are the intriguing inside details on a bigtime financial workout. The authenticity of the process could only have come from someone with the author's personal background and experience. Four stars on entertainment, with the fifth star being earned on the credibility of the legal/business story."
